3. Generation industrial redundant network (HSR/PRP)

for comprehensive pipe gallery projects with extreme requirements for reliability (such as key demonstration projects, and subway joint construction sections), MRD  provides a zero-loss redundant solution based on IEC62439-3-5 and IEC62439-3-4standard HSR/PRP.

Background: HSR (High-availability Seamless Redundancy) networks were defined and regulated by the IEC organization passes IEC62439-3-5 in 2012. HSR protocol for public and standard redundant protocol.

3.1 HSR: zero packet loss, zero handoff

Mechanism: Dual sending and receiving - data packets are sent in both directions of the ring, the receiving end selects the first to reach the packet, and discards after to the secondary this

Performance: Failure when there is no packet loss, switch between when for 0 ms

3.2 PRP: dual network hardware level and line redundant

Mechanism: DANP (node supporting PRP protocol) and A network and B network are connected separately
