Product Overview

The TCC4100 general-purpose Layer-2 DIN-rail industrial switch is designed for multi-industry applications, supporting 8 Gigabit copper + 4 GE/FE auto-sensing SFP, or 8 Gigabit copper + 4 GE/FE auto-sensing SFP + 4 serial ports, with backplane bandwidth up to 56 Gbps.

12-port DIN-rail Layer-3 TSN industrial switch: 8 Gigabit PoE copper + 4×100/1000/2500/10000BaseX SFP, redundant dual isolated power (48~54VDC). One relay alarm output (250VAC 2A@250VAC or 125VDC 2A@30VDC) plus management Console and 1 MGT port. Operating temperature -40°C ~ +75°C; IP40. With CENTAURI software.

FAQ

  • The cable is connected, but the port will not come UP / the link is down. What should I check?

    +

    1) Confirm an industrial-grade cable and proper RJ45 crimping. 2) Check speed/duplex settings; set both ends to auto-negotiation. 3) Check whether the port is administratively shut down, in the wrong VLAN, or restricted by port security.
  • What are the PoE power specifications?

    +

Standard PoE and PoE+ are supported, with max per-port power of 15.4 W and 30 W respectively. Total system power budget must be calculated during selection to avoid insufficient supply when too many PDs are connected.
  • Which ring protocols are supported, and what is the self-healing time?

    +

Mainstream industrial ring protocols such as ERPS (G.8032), RSTP/STP, MRP, and PRP are supported. ERPS typical self-healing is ≤50 ms; traditional RSTP is second-level. It is recommended to use one ring protocol consistently across the network.
  • How should I choose between Layer-2 and Layer-3 industrial switches?

    +

Layer-2 switches: basic features such as VLAN, ring networks, and port mirroring; suited to access layers and same-subnet networking with strong cost performance. Layer-3 switches: add static routing, OSPF, DHCP relay, multicast, and other routing features—choose these when cross-subnet communication or core/aggregation networks are required.
  • Can non-OEM SFP optical modules work normally?

    +

The device is compatible with generic IEEE 802.3 SFP modules. Non-OEM modules can usually be recognized, but some brands may have compatibility issues. OEM modules are recommended.
  • How do I restore factory settings if I forget the device login password?

    +

    1) Hardware reset: press and hold the RESET button for 5–10 seconds; the device reboots to factory defaults. 2) Software reset: use the vendor NMS to restore factory settings remotely. All custom configurations will be cleared after restore.
  • What are the power supply requirements for industrial switches?

    +

DC models support 18–60 VDC or 9.6–60 VDC; AC models support 100–240 VAC, with dual redundant power inputs. Phoenix terminal wiring; reverse-polarity protection is built in so normal reverse connection will not damage the device.
  • What are the operating temperature range and protection rating of industrial switches?

    +

All-metal aluminum alloy housing. Operating temperature is -40°C to +75°C; premium wide-temperature models reach -40°C to +85°C. Typical enclosure rating is IP40.

Features

High-performance, flexibly configurable wire-speed switch

Backplane bandwidth up to 56Gbps

The PAT300 series fully domestic DIN-rail unmanaged industrial switch supports 5 or 8 Gigabit or FE copper ports, or 1 Gigabit optical + 4 Gigabit copper, or 2 Gigabit optical + 8 Gigabit copper, for harsh industrial environments as a cost-effective homegrown controllable solution. Operating temperature -40°C~ +75°C with excellent environmental adaptability.

The MAK-A18HH chassis is a standard 19-inch 2U industrial fiber transceiver chassis with 18 slots for independent MSM series industrial fiber transceivers; all slots are universal with no fixed position/order.
